Home / Review Process
All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest standards of academic quality, originality, and research integrity for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Double-blind review process: Authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process to ensure fairness and objectivity.
Independent expert evaluation: Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with recognized expertise in the relevant subject area.
Conflict-of-interest screening: Reviewers are carefully selected to avoid any actual or potential conflicts of interest.
Springer compliance: Accepted papers must comply with Springer’s formatting, ethical, and publication requirements.
Similarity screening: All submissions are checked using professional plagiarism-detection software. Papers must have an overall similarity index of less than 20%, excluding references and properly quoted material.
AI-generated content policy: The conference follows a strict responsible AI-use policy. AI-generated content, data, analyses, images, references, or conclusions must not replace the authors’ original scholarly contributions. All submissions are screened using AI-detection and research-integrity tools. Manuscripts with excessive AI-generated content or evidence of unethical AI use may be rejected without review.
Research integrity checks: Papers are subject to additional screening for plagiarism, fabricated data, manipulated images, paper-mill activity, citation manipulation, and other forms of academic misconduct.
Only papers that successfully pass the peer-review process and all research-integrity checks will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.
